Dieses Modul findet ONLINE und auf Englisch statt. Rachel Ellery ist eine wunderbare Anatomie-Lehrerin und Osteopathin. Sie hat bereits in unserer Aerial Yoga Level 2 Ausbildung in Bali unterrichtet und begeistert durch umfangreiches Fachwissen und ihre Liebe zur Anatomie. This 6 weeks Online MENTORSHIP PROGRAM includes:​
  • 6 ANATOMY MODULES including 10 chapters of anatomy videos and pictures. From anatomical fundamentals to functional yoga anatomy, visual meditations and new ideas for cuing your students.
  • A WELCOME CALL & COACHING CALLS PER MODULE WITH RACHEL ELLERY, interactive ZOOM sessions of 1-1.5 hours / 2 times available covering your time zone. 
  • INTERACTIVE PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP.  Each module has extra interesting and inspiring articles, students love it. There are  Q & A’s with the growing groups integration - anatomy enthusiasts.
  • REFRESH REVISE REVIEW CHAPTERS  + BONUS CONTENT, surprise emails & reminders to encourage you on your interactive anatomical journey.
  • 30 HOUR YOGA ALLIANCE CERTIFICATION after completing a simulating multiple choice exam, designed to reinforce your new anatomical knowledge. You will be required to pass the exam with 70% plus.

Anmeldung & Zahlung

So funktioniert dein 300 H Sammelpass: Du kannst dich für die einzelnen Module im Anmeldeformular vormerken. Nach deiner Anmeldung erhältst du die jeweiligen Rechnungen. Die endgültige Teilname wird durch deine Zahlung bestätigt. Die Zahlung der verschiedenen Module erfolgt einzeln an den jeweiligen Trainer bzw. Veranstalter. 

Yoga Alliance

​​​Wenn du für deine 300 h für die YogaAlliance.org sammelst, dann beachte bitte die Hinweise bei den einzelnen Modulen wieviel Stunden jeweils anrechenbar sind.
  • Yoga Alliance Pflicht-Module sind: Anatomie, Philosophie, Sequencing und Advanced Asanas.
  • Die Module Yoga für Kinder und Schwangere sind für dein 300 H Zertifikat bei der Yoga Alliance nur teilweise anrechenbar: je 45 von 95 Stunden. ​
