What is Aerial Yoga?

Picture
Aerial Yoga is a relatively new, exciting and popular style of yoga which is a beautiful fusion of different movement forms:
  • Circus Arts like Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Sling
  • Hatha Yoga
  • Vinyasa Flow
  • Acrobatics
  • Thai Yoga - Nuad Bodywork (Thai Massage)

They are combined together in a holistic and healthy concept of body awareness, movement and mindfulness training.
Watch the videos
There are many different schools and  types of Aerial Yoga. Most of them are different because of the specific equipment they use for suspension. We only use fabric (no belts, no handles) the same that is used for Aerial Silks or Aerial Hammock. We are not claiming any copyright. We do not charge any license fees.
