Aerial Yoga is a relatively new, exciting and popular style of yoga which is a beautiful fusion of different movement forms:
They are combined together in a holistic and healthy concept of body awareness, movement and mindfulness training. There are many different schools and types of Aerial Yoga. Most of them are different because of the specific equipment they use for suspension. We only use fabric (no belts, no handles) the same that is used for Aerial Silks or Aerial Hammock. We are not claiming any copyright. We do not charge any license fees.
