In Cow Face the legs are brought together, which allows the hip and muscles around the pelvis to work in a very different way.✨ Shoulders and hips are both common sites that house tension and chronic pain.💣 This pose is a deep outer hip opener and also releases tension in the arms and shoulders💪 depending on the variation you take.
