Soon we will start again to train together and continue the path on our "Journey to Handstand! The SOLAR ASANA SEQUENCE is also called the alphabet of AcroYoga and consists of about 100 asanas specially combined into a nice flow to strengthen all body parts that we need to get better with our handstand. We learn different entries into handstand and how to bail out of it safely with a spotter and without, on the wall and in the middle of he room. Normally the sequence takes only about half an hours when it is taught in an AcroYoga Immersions, but we will take more time (in total: 75 min) to refine the different asanas where necessary. In the end we also take some extra time to do some fun & efficient partner exercises that will help us to find more alignment, tightness and balance. When this Solar Asana sequence is practised regularly you will see the fast results.
