Boat Pose benefits: 💪It is not only great for strong abs, but it also strengthens your deep hip flexors. 💪Additional challenge: It requires to balance on the tripod of your sitting bones and tailbone. 💪In this variation where I hold onto my feet I actually "cheat" with my flexibility and therefore need fewer abs to hold the pose ;) It remains one of the best ways to focus on your abdominal strength, which helps you do so many other yoga poses, Let's get on board with the boat pose!🤸🏻 Would you like to learn more?
