Last weekend we were teaching 2 days of AcroYoga in Athens city center! So many people came! Wonderful atmosphere and lots of sweat!

As part of our Level 2 AcroYoga Teacher Training we organised a Flashmob in the city center of Athens, Greece! So much fun :D  Wow what an epic journey! When 10 days feel like a full month then you know it was an intense time! So many beautiful people in one place. All drawn together by the same passion: teaching AcroYoga and building community. Spending 7 days at the Sunshine House and then 3 days in Athens was the perfect mix of beach and city vibes. Long days filled with teaching and training, delicious food and sunny pool times. Forever grateful for all the wonderful connections and insights I had during the last 10 days I am so much looking forward to integrating everything new into my daily routine, classes and workshops. http://www.acroyoga.org http://www.sunshinehouse.gr  |
