Aerial is a very modern yoga type, It was first developed about 10 years ago in the US. It's spreading so fast and that is not a coincidence. There are so many benefits, see further down below!
It's a mix of yoga, aerial arts and contemporary dance - what a combo!
The #aerialhammock is very durable and can hold up to 1 ton !!! but it's still soft and fluid to support your practice.
- For beginners, it helps build up the necessary muscles for holding the poses correctly.
- For intermediate students, it allows a very refreshing perspective on traditional Yoga.
What are the benefits of Aerial Yoga?:

✔️Helps to relieve the compression in the spine,
✔️When you pull yourself up into the hammock you use muscles that are usually not used in traditional yoga - the perfect balance for all those chaturangas!
