What is Aerial Yoga?
Aerial Yoga is an exciting and very popular style of yoga which is a beautiful fusion of different movement arts like aerial artistic, Hatha yoga, flow yoga, acrobatics and Nuad (Thai massage) put together in a holistic and healthy concept.

Agios Georgios und Korfu offer a wide range of magic adventures. Korfu is the yoga hot spot during summer time where many yoga festivals and concerts are taking place.

What are the Aerial Yoga benefits?
Sheila is the founder of Aerial Yoga Vienna and runs her own studio: Yogafusion. She has already trained more than 100 Aerial Yoga teachers for adults and children.
Lisa fell in love with Aerial Yoga in 2013. Since then she is teaching in Vienna and loves to travel around the world. She has also specialised in AcroYoga and performs with her Hula Hoops.
Swenja is based in Germany but loves to spend her summers in Greece. She is a passionate and playful yoga teacher, specialised in teaching children.

This training meets all Yoga Alliance requirements for you to collect the necessary Continuing Education Hours.
Flylight Yoga is registered as
If you are a registered teacher at Yoga Alliance (RYT) you need to prove continuous training hours in order to remain registered. This course is acknowledged for this. You can find more details about this here.
